  • I have successfully completed InterNACHI's Meth House Hazards course.

  • I have successfully completed a 25 hour NYS certified course on Heating, Cooling and Plumbing in accordance with Section 197-2.3 of Title 19 NYCRR.
  • I have successfully completed a 25 hour NYS certified course on License Law, Report Writing and Overview of Profession in accordance with Section 197-2.3 of Title 19 NYCRR.
  • I have successfully completed a 25 hour NYS certified course on Structural, Exterior and Roof in accordance with Section 197-2.3 of Title 19 NYCRR.
  • I fulfill at least 24 hours of NYS approved Continuing Education every year.
  • I own and use state-of-the-art equipment, such as a carbon monoxide detector and RadStar 300 Continuous Radon Monitoring Device (CRM).
  • I am available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (please, don't ever hesitate to call me).
  • I generate easy-to-read (digital and print) inspection reports within 24 hours of the home inspection.
